Our place, Synerzys Novaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., is sitting right at Plot No 25 in Gowtham Nagar. It’s a standard sort of building for this area. Inside, we have our labs and the storage areas for all the pharmaceutical supplies we handle. We have to keep things pretty clean, so there’s a lot of mopping and wiping down surfaces every single day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work. We have a few delivery vans that come and go throughout the afternoon. Most of the staff here have been in the pharma line for a while, so they know the drill. We don't have a big reception area with a receptionist; usually, you just ring the bell and one of us comes out from the back to see what's up. The air conditioning runs all the time to keep the products at the right temperature, so it’s actually quite nice to be inside during the summer months. We handle a lot of paperwork because of all the regulations, so there are always stacks of files on the desks. Gowtham Nagar is a convenient spot for us to get things shipped out from. It’s a practical location for a business like this. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders are correct before they leave the gate. It's a lot of counting and checking, but that's the day.
