Bharath Bio Sciences

You can find Bharath Bio Sciences out in Sulthanpur Village. We are at Plot No 102, which is part of Survey No 450. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so it’s much quieter out here. The air is a bit clearer than in the heavy industrial zones. We spend most of our time in the lab or the storage area. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a sturdy building that does the job well enough. We have some basic equipment and we spend our hours testing and checking things. The village nearby is where most of our help comes from. They are good people who have been with us for a while now. Sometimes the road to the plot gets a bit bumpy after the monsoon rains. We usually have to get someone to come and fill the potholes so the vans can get through. We keep a simple routine here. Start early, have a break for tea, and finish up before it gets too dark. There’s a small garden area we tried to start near the gate, but the sun is quite harsh and most things didn't grow. We handle everything ourselves, from the mixing to the final packing. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. We just focus on what is on the benches in front of us. It’s a lot of sitting and watching timers and checking the levels.
