Kirby Building Systems India Pvt. Ltd. takes up a lot of space over at Plot Nos. 8 To 15 in Ida Phase-III. Since we have several plots joined together, it’s a pretty large site. We deal with big building structures, so we need all that room for the steel and the heavy equipment. When you walk around Ida Phase-III, you can’t really miss the scale of what we’re doing. It’s a lot of engineering and heavy lifting. We have a lot of people working here, from the guys on the floor to the people in the back offices. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of movement. We aren't really the type of place that puts on a show for visitors. It’s a working site. There are blueprints spread out on tables and hard hats everywhere. The yard is usually full of finished components waiting to be shipped out to construction sites. We’ve been at this location for years, and it has grown quite a bit. The sounds of cranes and welding are just part of the background noise for us now. We focus on the practical side of getting buildings put together. It’s not about being polished or corporate; it’s about making sure the steel is cut right and the bolts fit. Every day is a bit different depending on what project is on the schedule. It’s just us doing our part in the industrial zone every day.
