We are basically a small cafe that tries to use organic things. It's not a huge place, just a nice spot in Sai Nagar where people can come. We decided on the name Paaka because it felt right for what we are doing with food. Tellapur is growing quite a bit, so there are always new people walking by the plot. We don't have a big menu with a hundred items. We just keep it simple and focus on what we can actually make well. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit hot and the orders pile up, but we just keep going. It is a lot of work running a cafe, more than people think. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure the supplies are fresh. It is just a few of us working here every day. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. If you come in, you'll probably see the owners working right alongside the staff. We just want to provide a decent place for people to get something to eat. The location in Medak is good for us, and we are happy to be here in Sai Nagar. It's just a normal cafe trying its best to stay open.
