Oil Air Techniques

Our place is located at Plot No: 110 in Phase III of the industrial park over in Pashamylaram. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always something going on. Oil Air Techniques is where we focus on various technical systems, mostly dealing with what the name says—oil and air setups. It can get pretty loud in the park with all the other factories around, but we have our own rhythm. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing that would win an award for looks, but it gets the job done for us. We have a small crew that knows their way around the machinery. A typical morning involves going over the technical drawings or checking the pressure systems we are working on. Pashamylaram is a bit of a drive from the main city areas, so most of us pack a lunch and stay on-site all day. We have seen the industrial park grow quite a bit over the years, with new plots being taken up all the time. Our space stays pretty busy with parts coming in and finished pieces going out to our clients. We are not big on meetings or long emails; we just prefer to get the work done at the bench. It is the kind of environment where you are not afraid to get your hands a bit dirty. We have been at this for a while and the location works well for heavy transport access. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the gate.
