Nicomac Doors Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Plot No 10 A in the Ida Bollaram area. It’s near Miyapur, so it’s a bit of a drive out from the main city. The area is very industrial, lots of warehouses and factories around us. We’ve been here for a long time now. The facility is fairly large because we need the space for the doors we make. It’s a noisy environment with the machines running, but that’s just how it goes in manufacturing. Most of the staff comes from the nearby areas. We have a routine that we stick to every day. We start with a quick meeting to see what orders need to go out. The roads around Ida Bollaram can get pretty rough, especially when the big trucks are moving through. We’ve had to fix the driveway a few times. It’s not a fancy office at all. It’s a place where work gets done and hands get dirty. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on the fact that we've been here a long time and people know our name. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to switch to the generator, which is just part of the job here.
