New Pack Industries

New Pack Industries is tucked away in the Sri Venkateshwara Co-Op Society area of Bollaram Village. Specifically, we are at Sy No 172/C, Plot No 154/7A Part. It is quite a mouthful to say the address, but once you are here, it’s just a regular packaging unit. We deal with a lot of cardboard and plastic wrap every day. The sound of tape dispensers and packing machines is what we hear from morning till night. Jinnaram Mandal is a busy place for businesses like ours. We have a lot of neighbors doing different kinds of manufacturing. Our floor is usually covered in scraps that we have to sweep up at the end of every shift. It’s a physical job, moving boxes around and loading them onto the pallets. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with everything. There is no such thing as 'that's not my job' here. If a truck arrives, everyone helps load it. The shed gets pretty hot in the summer months, so we try to start early in the morning to beat the worst of the heat. We don't do anything fancy. We just make sure the packaging is done right so the products don't get damaged. It’s a basic business, run by people who just want to do an honest day’s work and go home. We don't have much time for sitting around.
