We are based out in Indresham Village, specifically at the Vasavi Buildings in Citizen Colony. It’s out near Sy No. 162 and 166. Working in a village area like this feels different than being in the middle of the city. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still work hard to keep our projects moving. We mostly focus on developing land and homes in this part of the region. The team is just a handful of local people who know the area well. We spend a lot of time walking the land and checking on things in person. You won’t find any shiny glass walls or fancy elevators in our office. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and talk through the details of a project. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it. It’s all part of being in this location. We like that we are building things in a place that is still growing. It feels like we are part of something local. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell you what we can do and then we try to get it done. It’s about building a decent reputation one project at a time. Every morning we start with a quick check of the schedule. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but the wind always seems to blow things around. That's life here.
