Narayanakhed Milk Line

Down on Brahman Street in Narayanakhed, you'll find our milk line operation. It’s a simple setup in the village. We start our day long before the sun comes up because that's when the milk arrives from the local farmers. The street is usually quiet at that hour, except for the sound of cans clinking and the occasional motorcycle. We handle the collection and distribution for the neighborhood and surrounding areas. It’s a wet and messy job, especially when we’re cleaning out the containers. There’s always a faint smell of fresh milk in the air. We aren't a big corporation with fancy tankers. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers making sure the milk gets to where it needs to go while it's still fresh. Narayanakhed is a small place, so everyone knows everyone else on Brahman Street. We see the same faces every morning. Sometimes the delivery gets delayed if a bike breaks down or the weather is bad, but we try to keep things moving. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If people need milk or have questions, they just walk over and talk to us. It’s hard work and the hours are tough, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We just focus on getting the daily supply sorted out and making sure nothing goes to waste. It’s a basic life but it keeps us busy.
