If you are looking for Sweet Heart Reataurant 2, you can find us at the Chalapati Complex. We are in Shop Nos 13 to 18, which is a decent sized space near the NH 9 and the ORR area. It stays pretty busy here because of the location. We start early in the kitchen getting things ready for the day. There is always the smell of spices and tea in the air. The tables and chairs are simple and we try to keep things clean but during the lunch rush it gets a bit hectic. We have a few regular customers who come in every single day for their meals. They usually sit in the same spots and chat with the staff. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a place to sit down and eat something. The workers here have been with us for a bit and they know how the kitchen runs. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the crowd is bigger than we expected but we just cook more. Being near the highway means we see a lot of people just passing through. They stop for a quick bite and then get back on the road. We stay open late most nights because that is when the dinner crowd comes in after work. It is a lot of hard work in the heat of the kitchen but we are used to it by now.
