We are located right inside the BHEL Town Ship in R.C. Puram, Hyderabad. Our office is at 306/5/B. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main city, which is nice for getting things done. Being M/S Emas Engineers & Contractors Pvt.Ltd., we spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and managing different construction jobs. Living and working around the township means we know the local landscape pretty well. Most of us have been in the engineering and contracting game for a long time. We don't really have a slick marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. Whether it's a small repair or a bigger building task, we just get on with it. The office is often full of drawings and old files, which is how we like it. It shows we’re actually working. Hyderabad is growing fast, and being out here in R.C. Puram gives us a bit of space to breathe while still being close enough to the action. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes there are delays with materials or labor, but we always try to figure it out. It's just a bunch of us trying to do a solid job on every contract we sign.
