Lotus India Surface Treaters

Our workshop is tucked away at Plot No. 10/E in the Ida area of Pashamylaram. It is a bit out of the way, but we have been here in Medak for a good while now. We mainly focus on surface treatments for metal parts. It is the kind of work that gets your hands dirty every single day. The floor is usually covered in bits of metal and the smell of chemicals is always lingering. We have a few tanks for dipping and some old machines that still run like they are new. Our staff is mostly local guys who have learned the trade by doing it year after year. We do not have a fancy front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you just walk through the gate and find someone on the floor. Usually, it is loud because of the fans and the grinders going at the same time. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move things around. We just try to get the parts coated correctly so they do not rust when they go out to the customers. It is not glamorous, but it is honest work that needs doing. We see all sorts of parts come through, from small bolts to big structural pieces. Every day is about checking the quality and making sure the chemicals are balanced. We just keep at it and get the jobs done as they come in.
