Earth Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Sy No 19 and 20 in Kothapet. We have a decent sized area here where we keep all the solar panels and the metal racking systems that go with them. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, which is ironic considering the business we are in. We spend a lot of time loading up the trucks with gear to go out to different sites. The office is right there on the property, and it is usually filled with blueprints and various electrical components scattered on the tables. It is not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is when we need it. Kothapet is a busy enough area and having our base at Sy No 19 and 20 makes it easy for the crews to get out to the main roads. We deal with a lot of wiring and heavy batteries, so there is always someone moving something with a pallet jack. It gets pretty loud when the drills are going or when we are testing the converters. We have a small tea break in the afternoon under the shade of the big tree near the entrance. It is just a group of us trying to get these systems built and sent out to the customers who need them. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the panels and making sure all the connections are solid before they leave.
