Our office is at H. No 1-59 in the village of Lingupally. We are out in the Mirdoddi Mandal area of the district. Being a Telugu daily newspaper in a small village means we are very connected to what happens locally. Janamthodu Telugu Daily isn't a big city paper with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who care about the news in our community. We spend our time talking to people, finding out what’s going on, and getting it all ready for the next issue. The village is quiet, which helps when we are trying to write. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get the full story on something happening in another part of the mandal. Our office is simple, just some computers and a lot of paper. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People often walk in just to tell us something they think should be in the paper. We listen to them and do our best to include what matters to the folks living around here. It can be hard work keeping a daily paper going in a place like this, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We are just local people writing for other local people.
