Out here at Plot No 34 to 37 in Phase-IIIDA, APIIC, Pashammylaram, things are pretty quiet compared to the city. Itw India Ltd- Franklynn Industries takes up a decent amount of space on this stretch. It’s a long commute for most of us, but you get used to the drive after a while. The plot is quite large, and we spend a lot of time just walking from one end to the other. There’s a lot of open ground around the buildings that gets overgrown with weeds during the rainy season. We try to keep the main areas tidy, but it's a big job. The air out here feels a bit different than in the middle of town. Most of the buildings are painted a standard industrial grey and white. Inside, the ceilings are high, and it can get a bit echoey when there aren't many people around. We have a security cabin at the front where everyone has to sign in. The canteen food is okay, nothing to write home about, but it fills the stomach. We don’t really go in for big meetings or anything like that. We just look at the schedules and get to work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because we're so far out, but we manage. It’s a straightforward place where the focus is just on keeping the lines moving and making sure the day-to-day operations don't hit any snags. It’s just how we do things here.
