Our setup is at 74 / B2 in the Enrich Industries area. It’s a typical industrial spot where the focus is on production, not looking pretty. Blue Seas Papers Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this unit for a while now. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of raw paper and the steady hum of the machines. We deal with big rolls of paper and cardboard mostly. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the cutters are sharp so the edges come out clean. We have a small crew of guys who’ve been with us since the start. We don’t spend much time in the office; we’re usually out on the floor making sure the rolls are stacked properly so they don’t tip over. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing a belt or cleaning out a jam, which is frustrating but part of the life. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just produce what people order and send it out on the trucks that come through the estate every morning. It’s a dusty, loud environment, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the finished stacks ready to go. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the orders.
