Himjal Beverages Pvt. Ltd. has been at Plot No 7 in Phase 3 of the Pashamylaram Industrial Estate for a while now. It is a bit dusty out here in Patancheru, but we like the space we have. We spend most of our mornings checking the water supply and making sure the lines are running right. Since it is an industrial estate, there is always noise from the neighbors and trucks coming in and out. Our guys are mostly from around this area. They know the daily routine well. We do not do anything fancy here. We just focus on bottling drinks and making sure the crates get loaded for the day's deliveries. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait it out. That is just how it is. The building isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the work. We have a small office in the front where we keep the records and handle the bills. It gets very hot in the afternoons under the tin roofs, but we keep the fans going. Most days are pretty much the same. We start early, finish when the orders are done, and then lock up the gates. It is steady work for us. We have known the other owners on this road for years and help each other out if someone’s truck breaks down. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done.
