G M R Construction

G M R Construction is based out of Patancheru, specifically in JP Colony. We are right opposite the Sishumandhir School on Road No. 3. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the school lets out and all the kids and parents are around. Our office is in house number 8/3. It’s not a big corporate building, just a place where we keep our blueprints and meet with people to talk about their houses. We do mostly local construction work, building small homes or doing additions for people who need more space for their growing families. I've lived in Hyderabad a long time and moved the business here to Patancheru because things were growing fast in this part of the city. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for years. They know how I like things done on the site. Construction can be messy and there are always delays with rain or material delivery, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big logo on the wall or anything fancy. Just the name on a small board outside the gate. Most of our days are spent at the building sites, checking on the masonry or the plumbing work. I prefer being on-site rather than sitting behind a desk in a stuffy office. It's more honest work that way. We just keep building, one project at a time, and try to make sure everything is solid for the owners.
