Our place is out in Pashamailaram, specifically at Plot No. 2 in Phase I of the IDA. It is a large industrial area, so it is always humming with the sound of machinery and heavy trucks. Being near Patancheru means we get a lot of workers moving through the area at all hours of the day. Esennar Transformers is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. It is definitely not a quiet office job. We deal with heavy metal parts, cooling oils, and copper wires all day long. The heat inside the workshop can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we have some big fans that help move the air around. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. You learn the rhythms of the industrial estate, like exactly when the lunch break starts and everyone heads out to the local food stalls. We do not have a fancy reception area with a receptionist. If you come by to see us, you will probably find us out on the shop floor checking on the latest project. It is honest, physical work. We make sure the transformers are built right because we know people depend on them for their power. We do not use big corporate words; we just check the connections twice so nothing fails later on. It is a practical way of living for us. We drink our chai together and then get back to the machines.
