Dvs Floor Concepts is spread across several plots, from 613 all the way to 632, out in Chintakunta village in the Medak District. Being in the Andole region means we have quite a bit of space, which we need for all the flooring materials we keep. It is a rural area, so things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities. We have a lot of outdoor storage for the heavier items, and the dust from the road often settles on everything. We spend a lot of our day moving stock around with the small crane we have. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the sun is out. The team here is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages. We aren't a big city firm with a polished showroom. Instead, we have a simple office where we keep the records and meet with people who come to see the materials in person. Sometimes the phone signal is a bit weak because of the location, but we usually manage to get the calls through eventually. We’ve built this place up slowly over time, adding one plot after another as we needed more room. It is a quiet place to work, surrounded by fields, and we prefer it that way. We focus on the practical side of the flooring business, making sure we have enough stock for the local building projects.
