You can find us at Plot No. 15/1 in Adarsh Nagar. We are situated right behind Janapriya Hotel in Sangareddy. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to the main city, which we actually prefer for the office side of things. Dev Infra Civilcon Llp is basically run by a small team that knows the Medak region quite well. We handle various civil works and construction tasks that come our way. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with people to discuss project details. Being near Janapriya Hotel makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming from out of town. We spend a good chunk of our time driving out to sites across the district, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that, just some good old-fashioned lists and a lot of phone calls. There’s always something needing attention, whether it’s a permit or a material shortage. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is mostly about building things right and making sure we don't cut corners where it matters. We aren't a corporate giant, just local people doing work that we understand and know how to manage properly for our clients. Every project is handled as carefully as we can manage.
