Byagari Bhudavva

I've been living at house number 3-17 in Bonal village for as long as I can remember. Chegunta is our Mandal, and Medak is the district, which most people know is a bit of a drive from the city. It is a quiet life here, honestly. I do my work right from home because there is no reason to go anywhere else. Folks in the village know me, so they just stop by when they have something to talk about. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the monsoon rains come and the ground gets all soft and muddy around the house. We just put on our boots and keep going. My family has been in this area for generations, so we have deep roots here in Bonal. Pincode 502247 is what you put on the letters, but half the time the mailman just hands it to me while I am standing outside anyway. It isn't a big operation with desks and computers everywhere. It is just me sitting in the main room or out on the porch when the sun isn't too strong. I like the way things are. You get to know your neighbors and you help each other out when the crops need water or a cow goes missing. This is just a regular house where regular things happen.
