Bismillah Bakery

Bismillah Bakery is our little spot in Madgi village. We are located at Syno 154 in the Zaheerabad mandal of Medak district. The ovens are usually going early in the morning, and that’s when the place smells the best. We make bread and biscuits and whatever else the locals are looking for. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know us from around the village. We spend most of our time in the back, working with the dough and keeping the heat right in the ovens. It gets pretty warm in there, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been at this for a while and we have our regular customers who come by every day for their tea and snacks.
