Beepasha Poultry Farm

Down in Allipur Village, you will find Beepasha Poultry Farm. We are located at Survey Number 39/A in the Zaheerabad Mandal area of Medak District. Life out on the farm is very different from the city life most people know. We start our days quite early, usually well before the sun comes up, to go and check on all the birds. It involves a lot of manual work, like cleaning out the sheds and making sure the feed is being distributed properly to every section. The air is fresh out here, although the farm definitely has its own particular smell that stays with you. We have several long buildings where the chickens are kept. It can get extremely noisy when they all decide to start chirping at the same time. We do not have a marketing department or any kind of fancy office equipment here. Most of our farm records are kept in a simple notebook on the kitchen table or at a small wooden desk in one of the sheds. We deal with local markets and some suppliers who drive out this way to pick up their orders. The weather really affects how we work, especially during the very hot summers or when the heavy rains come through. We just take it one day at a time and look after the livestock as best as we can. It is a quiet life in Medak for the most part. We are not doing anything complicated here, just running a poultry farm the way it has been done.
