B Susheela(Hi Tach)earth Movers is based at H. No. 4-261 in Kalvakunta. We are in the Ramayampet area. The name "Hi Tach" was something we came up with to sound a bit modern, but we are really just a local family operation. We have the heavy machines like backhoes and loaders parked near the house. When there is a call for digging a foundation or clearing some land, we get the machines moving. It’s loud and the smell of diesel is always around the yard. Susheela keeps an eye on the schedules while the rest of us are out on the sites. Kalvakunta is a place where people know each other, so we don't need to do much talking to get work. Most of our jobs come from neighbors or people in the next village over. The ground around here can be very rocky, which is hard on the equipment. We spend many weekends just fixing the teeth on the buckets or welding pieces back together. It’s not a clean job. You go home with dust in your hair and dirt under your fingernails every single day.
