AKMI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at 15-50/4, which is Villa No. 10 in the Praneeth Green Field complex. Our office is out in Beeramguda, in the Patancheru area. This part of the region falls under the Medak district of Telangana, and the pin code is 502032. We go by the name AKMI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Working out of a villa is a bit different than a standard commercial building, but we like the atmosphere here. It’s a bit quieter and feels more personal. Praneeth Green Field is a nice residential development, and we have our workspace set up in one of the units. We spend most of our days here, going through construction plans and keeping track of our various projects. It’s a growing area, and we’ve seen quite a few new houses and buildings popping up around Beeramguda lately. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people working out of Villa No. 10. We have our computers and some blueprints spread out on the tables most of the time. Sometimes we step outside for a bit of fresh air, as the complex is quite green. It’s a decent place to be based. We don't have any big mission statements, we just try to get the construction work done right. If you’re ever in the Patancheru area, you’ll find us at our villa, just handling the daily business tasks as they come to us.
