It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Baripada is a decent place to run a building business because there is always something going on in the neighborhood. We don’t really have a big glossy brochure or anything like that. We just work from the office in Lalbazar and try to stay on top of the construction projects we have going. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once about a new site or some materials that need to be moved. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in the local area can talk to. Most of the time we are either here at the desk or out checking on how the building work is progressing. Ashutosh keeps things running at the address, and we just take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, but that is just how the construction life goes for us. We like being in Baripada and having a permanent spot where people can drop by if they need to discuss something face to face.
