Mohanta Global Services

Out here in Chitrada village, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Mohanta Global Services is our little operation in the middle of Morada tehsil. We’ve been set up here for some time now, working out of a space that used to be something else entirely. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks. We get a lot of people from the village stopping by just to say hello or ask a question about what we are doing. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the work as it comes in. The office stays pretty dusty because of the road right outside, but we try to keep it organized. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be a real headache when we have a lot to get through, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through paperwork. It's a lot of small details that most people don't see. We like being part of the community here. You get to know your neighbors when you work in a place like this. It feels more like a family than a business some days, especially when we sit down for lunch together.
