Navagiraga Hotels & Resorts Private Limited is really just a local effort. We wanted to have something for travelers passing through this part of the state. It isn't always easy running a hotel business out here, but we do what we can. We spend a lot of time just keeping the building in good shape and making sure the staff knows what to do. It’s a practical kind of job. You won't find us using big words or trying to sound like a multinational chain. We are just a local team. Some of us grew up right around here, so we know the roads and the weather pretty well. When people stop by, they usually just want a clean room and some quiet. We try to provide that. The main road gets quite a bit of traffic, which keeps us busy most of the year. There is always something that needs fixing or a guest who needs a hand with their bags. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple way of working, but it seems to work for us. We’ve been at this address for a while and we plan to stay. Sometimes the electricity goes out or we have to wait on a delivery for the kitchen, but that's just life in a small town. We don't mind it much. We just keep the doors open and do what we can for every person who walks in.
