Nagai Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Thirpoondi East. We are located in the Keelvelur Tk area of Nagapattinam. It’s very much a rural setup, which makes sense given the kind of work we do with the local farmers. The building we use is pretty basic. It’s a place where people can come in and talk about their crops or handle the paperwork that comes with a producer company. We don't have fancy furniture or air conditioning in every room. Usually, the windows are open to catch whatever breeze we can get. The pace of life here is a bit different than in the big cities. We start early in the morning when it’s still relatively cool. There’s always someone coming by with a question or a document to sign. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible. Nagai Organic Farmers isn't run by a bunch of suits; it’s run by people who know the land and the local area. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once, and the small office feels even smaller then. But we’ve got a good system going even if it’s a bit informal at times. We’ve been in Thirpoondi East for a while and the community knows us. It’s just a practical, local operation that serves the people around Keelvelur and Nagapattinam without any extra polish or corporate talk. We just handle the work as it comes.
