Kirish Weavings Private Limited

Kirish Weavings Private Limited is based out of 172-1A, Sembaraikadu. We are just a local weaving outfit that’s been around for a while. If you walk into our place, the first thing you’ll notice is the noise. It’s the sound of the looms going back and forth all day long. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the work floor and some space for the yarn. We get the threads in, set them up on the machines, and get to work. Sometimes the humidity makes the yarn a bit difficult to manage, but we’ve learned how to deal with that over the years. My family helps out with the daily operations. It isn’t a massive company with hundreds of people. We’re small and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. People from around here know where we are. We don't do much in the way of advertising or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through friends or other businesses. The work is hard and you’re on your feet most of the day, but there’s a satisfaction in seeing the finished cloth stacked up. We try to keep things simple. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure the fabric is right before it goes out the door. It’s a busy life here in Sembaraikadu, but it is what we know.
