Hero Agriculture Industries is based at 87-21 in Sringeri. We are located near Kudremukh, which is a beautiful part of the country. Our work is all about agriculture. We build and sell tools that help farmers in this region. The terrain here is hilly and the weather can be quite tough, especially during the rains. Our workshop is a practical space where we spend most of our time. It smells of metal and grease. We don't have a fancy office or a corporate structure. It’s just a group of us who know how to work with our hands. We talk to the farmers who come in and listen to what they need. Sringeri is a small town, so everyone kind of knows everyone. We don't spend money on ads. We just rely on the quality of the tools we put together. The building at 87-21 is simple and sturdy. We have been here for a long time and we plan to stay. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times we are rushing to get things ready for the planting season. We don't have a mission statement or a big philosophy. We just want to provide tools that actually work. Being near Kudremukh means we have a lot of respect for the land. We start our day early and finish when the work is done. It’s a good, honest way to make a living in the countryside.
