Cub Exports International is situated on Karoorkadavu Road in Sasthamcottah. Despite the name sounding quite global, we are really just a small-town business at heart. Our office and warehouse are simple buildings near the road. Sasthamcottah is a beautiful place, and we enjoy working here away from the noise of the big cities. Most of our day is spent checking on orders and making sure the products are packed correctly for shipping. We deal with various items that we source from local growers. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks arrive on time. The road can get a bit muddy during the monsoon season, which makes loading a bit of a challenge. We don't have a big fancy lobby with air conditioning. It’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty and do the actual work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and customers. It’s all about building trust over time. We aren’t interested in flashy marketing or making big promises. We just do the job that needs to be done every day. Sometimes things go wrong with the shipping schedules, and we have to spend all night fixing it. That’s just the nature of the export business. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the trade.
