Our factory is out in Village Takve, which is in the Maval area. It's a bit of a drive from the city, but it's where we have the space for our operations. We work on suspension parts here. The shed is quite large and there's always the sound of machinery going. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day. We have a crew that comes in every morning to run the machines. Most of us are from the nearby villages. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor. The focus is always on the metal and the assembly lines. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We deal with a lot of heavy components, so everyone has to be careful. The roads leading up to G. No. 417 can be a bit bumpy sometimes, which is ironic given what we make. We just do our shifts and go home. There isn't much to say about the corporate side because we aren't really like that. It’s just a production unit trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes there are delays with the raw materials, but we manage. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s steady work. We just keep the machines oiled and the floors as clean as a factory floor can be. It is just honest manufacturing in a quiet village setting.
