Lumega Industries

We’re based out in Village Takwe, specifically at Plot No. 18 in the Indrayani Audyogik Vasahat. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city of Pune, but we like the space we have out here in Maval. The air is a little clearer, even if we are in an industrial zone. We’ve been running Lumega Industries from this spot for several years now. It’s a practical building designed for manufacturing, so it’s got high ceilings and plenty of room for our equipment. Most of our days are spent on the production floor, making sure everything is running the way it should. We don't really have a sales team or a marketing department. Usually, it’s just us handling the orders and making sure the crates get loaded onto the trucks correctly. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We’ve got a small group of workers from the nearby villages who have been with us for a long time. It feels more like a community than just a workplace. We don’t go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you’re coming out this way, the roads are a bit bumpy, so take it slow. It's a simple operation, but we stay busy and the work is steady.
