We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small space where we manage our activities. Maunath Bhanjan is known for its textiles and hard-working people, and we try to match that energy. Reeta Rai has been here for years, so her home is a bit of a landmark for the locals. Inside, it’s just a normal setup with some files and a couple of desks. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who live nearby. There is always noise from the street, but you get used to it. We don't have a big budget for fancy things, so we just use what is available. The light in the office isn't the best in the evening, but we get the work done. We don't pretend to be some huge organization from the city. We are just here in Maunath Bhanjan, doing what we can for the people around us. It is simple and straightforward. If someone needs help, they know where to find us. We don't need a lot of rules or fancy meetings to decide what to do next. It is just about being there when someone knocks on the door and asks for a bit of time.
