SRPRADHAN Construction Private Limited is based out of Haridwar Colony in the Bhiti area of Maunath Bhanjan. We are located at Santosh Rai’s place. Mau is a place with a lot of history, but our focus is on the present and getting buildings up. We are a small team and we don't have any interest in being a giant corporation. We prefer being able to walk to our sites and knowing the names of the people we are working for. The colony is usually quiet, which is nice when we have to sit down and figure out the costs for a new project. We don't have any polished speeches about our values. We just think that if you are going to build something, you should do it properly so it doesn't fall down or leak when the monsoon comes. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to laborers and checking on deliveries. It can be a bit stressful when the sand doesn't arrive on time, but that is part of the job. We drink a lot of tea and spend many hours standing in the sun. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Uttar Pradesh. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to keep doing our work in Bhiti and the rest of Maunath Bhanjan as long as we can.
