Shreshth Bharat Social Development Foundation is based in Mau. If you are looking for our office, we are located at House Number 69, which is the residence of Ramanuj Sharma. It is a fairly simple house in a regular street in Mau. We don't have any flashy signs or posters outside. Most of the time, you wouldn't even know there was a foundation running from here unless you saw us with our files. We have set up a couple of desks in one of the rooms to handle all the social development work we do. Ramanuj Sharma has lived here for a long time, so it made sense to start the foundation from a place that has some roots in the community. Mau can be a busy town, but our street stays relatively quiet. We don't follow any corporate rules about how an office should look. We just need a place to sit, a light, and a fan for the summer months. There is no air conditioning or fancy coffee machines here. We just drink tea and get on with the day's tasks. The foundation is small and we like to keep it that way so we don't lose track of what matters. It is honest work done by local people. We don't have any big speeches to give about our work. We just show up at House Number 69 every morning and do what we can.
