About Rupal Hospital – Medical & Healthcare in Mau
Working at Rupal Hospital on BTC Road is mostly about the rhythm of the street. Being near Bhagwa Chungi means there’s always something going on outside. You see the same faces walking past every day, going about their business. The hospital itself is just a regular building where we do our jobs. It isn't like those big city hospitals you see on TV with glass walls. We have basic rooms and a lot of hallways that we've walked a thousand times. The morning air on BTC Road is usually a bit cooler before the afternoon heat kicks in. We open up, check the files, and wait for the first people to arrive. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of traffic near the Chungi. You can hear the horns honking and the occasional vendor shouting. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though you still hear the hum of the fridge or the fans spinning overhead. We spend our breaks drinking tea and talking about what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a steady kind of life here. We’ve seen the road change over the years, new shops opening up and old ones closing down, but the hospital stays pretty much the same. It’s just a place where people come when they need some help, and we’re here to do what we can without any fuss or extra noise. It is what it is, and we like the familiarity of the place and the road.
