You can find us near the Dharamshala in Amila Bazar, over in the Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. We’re set up in the Shiva Video building, which is a bit of a local landmark around here. It’s a simple spot, but it gives us a base to handle our infrastructure projects. Being in a place like Amila Bazar means we are right in the middle of the community. We don't have any of those sleek, glass-fronted offices. It’s just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of getting materials to different sites across the region. The roads can be tricky and the weather isn't always on our side, but we do what we can. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re checking invoices and the next you’re out at a site making sure the foundation is right. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us, so this is just how it is. We’re practical people doing practical work. It’s often dusty and loud, but that’s construction for you. We just try to keep things moving forward and handle the problems as they pop up. It’s a busy life, but it’s the work we know and we have been at it for a long time.
