It’s more of a personal setup where we take care of the financial needs of the local villagers and residents. We aren’t interested in being a giant bank. We just want to handle the savings and records for our neighbors in Dumarawn. The atmosphere inside is very relaxed. We talk about the weather and the crops as much as we talk about money. There are no suits or ties here. We just wear our regular clothes and sit at the wooden desks to do the entries. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we take it one step at a time. Being in Maunathbhanjan, specifically in the Bakawal area, gives us a very local perspective. We understand what the people here need because we live here too.
