We are located at Plot No 88, Gata No- 7 in Chandra Lok Colony, which is part of Village Madhar Mau. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here, but we like the space. Ambeyshti Developers Private Limited is based in an area that still feels a bit rural, though houses are popping up everywhere now. Our office sits on a plot that gives us plenty of room to store materials or park the bikes. Inside, it’s mostly just a few tables and some benches. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a project map. The dust from the nearby roads usually finds its way inside, so we’re always wiping down the desks. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on the progress of local plots. People from the village often stop by just to say hello or ask what’s being built next. It’s a slow pace compared to the city center, but we stay busy enough. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot out here during the afternoons. There isn’t much of a lobby, so most conversations happen right by the front door. We handle our own paperwork and keep everything in folders that we’ve labeled by hand. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the people in Chandra Lok Colony.
