Down in Fattehpur Vishnoiagwanpur, we run the Sushila Bio Medical Waste Plant. It’s a private limited setup. This isn't the kind of place people visit for fun, but it’s important for the area. We handle all the stuff that hospitals and clinics need to get rid of properly. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of trucks coming in and out. The location is a bit out of the way, which makes sense for what we do. It’s dusty out here sometimes. We spend the day monitoring the plant and making sure the machinery is doing its thing without breaking down. There are a handful of us here who have been doing this for years. We know the routines by heart. It’s mostly about staying on top of the regulations and keeping the site tidy. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy front desk. Just a small office and the plant itself. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the roads get muddy, but we manage to keep the waste moving through the system. It’s a tough job but it keeps the local environment a bit cleaner. We don't really talk about it much, we just get on with the shifts. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There's always something to fix or a load to process before we can head home.
