Strishakti Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited is right in the middle of Lala Bazar. We are at Tikoniya Number 2 in the Padari Bazar area. It is a very lively part of town. There are always vendors shouting and motorbikes zipping past the door. Our office is a small, practical space nestled among the other shops. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you can still hear the hustle and bustle. We have a few desks and a lot of shelving for our files. It isn't a modern office with glass partitions. It feels more like a traditional local business. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea. People from the market often drop in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in Padari Bazar. We handle our work manually for the most part, keeping everything in large registers. The lighting isn't the best, but we make it work. We aren't interested in looking fancy. We just want to get the daily accounts settled. The Tikoniya Number 2 spot is easy to find if you are familiar with Lala Bazar. We’ve been here for some time and have become a regular part of the local scenery. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest place to work. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
