Singhal Sintered is located at Plot No. A-3-1 in the Kosi Kotwan Industrial Area. It’s quite a bit of a distance out, but that’s where you need to be for this kind of manufacturing. We work with sintered metal parts, which involves using a lot of heat and heavy presses. Our facility is a typical industrial plant—it’s loud, it gets hot, and there is always a layer of fine dust from the materials we use. We’ve been in the Kosi Kotwan area for a while, and the plot we have gives us enough room for the big furnaces and all the raw powders we need. We don’t have a fancy office for meetings; most of our discussions happen right on the factory floor or in a small room off to the side. Most of us wear work clothes because we are constantly checking the machines and the quality of the parts coming off the line. It is a very specific type of work that requires a lot of patience and attention to the temperature gauges. We don't do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. Most of our orders come from regular customers who know what our machines can produce. The industrial area is a big place, and we are just one part of it, focusing on our production schedules and making sure the parts are shipped out on time. It is basic, heavy manufacturing and we just stick to what we know.
