We are based in Anand Lok Colony at house number 91, which is right off Goverdhan Road in the Krishna Nagar area of Mathura. SAMALIA REALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we’ve given our business. It’s a local spot where we handle all sorts of real estate matters. Goverdhan Road is a major route, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We work from a regular office that isn't trying to look like something out of a fancy business magazine. It’s just a place to get work done. We spend a lot of time checking out different plots of land and making sure the titles are clear for the buyers. People from the colony and the surrounding parts of Mathura often drop in to see what’s for sale. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, despite the 'Realtech' name on our sign; mostly it's just us on our laptops and mobile phones. We know the land around here and who the owners are. When someone wants to buy a place, we show them what we have and tell them the truth about the area. Growth is heading out towards the Goverdhan side, so things stay pretty busy for us most of the time. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily grind of property deals. We drink our tea, talk to the neighbors, and keep our records as organized as we can manage. It works for us.
