This branch is located at House No. 351 in the Narsi Puram Colony, which is over in the Aurangabad part of Mathura. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like a big industrial park at all. Anil Kumar’s house serves as the base for our local work. Most mornings, you can see people heading out to the markets or kids going to school while we’re just getting the computers started. Mathura gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our office is usually a haven of fans and cool water. We’re a small group here, and we know most of the people on the street. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of town, but the post office is nearby, which helps with the mail. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks and files where we manage the local requirements. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out or use the backup, but that’s just part of life here in UP. We focus on getting our lists checked off and making sure the paperwork for the district is handled correctly. It’s honest work in a quiet corner of the colony. We’ve been here long enough that the address is familiar to all the local delivery guys and couriers who stop by. We just take things one day at a time and keep the business running.
