We are located at the Kashi Complex in Masani, right behind the petrol pump. It is a convenient place for us because everyone knows the pump, so it makes giving directions to Radhika Security Systems pretty simple. Our shop is where we keep all the cameras, sensors, and recording boxes that we use for our work. It’s not the most organized place in the world; there are usually some wires hanging out or a stack of manuals sitting on the counter. We spend our time testing the equipment to make sure it actually records when it’s supposed to. A lot of our day is spent out at different sites, but the shop is our home base. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea because the mornings can be slow before the phone starts ringing. People come in asking about how to keep their shops or homes a bit safer, and we just show them what we have on the shelf. It’s practical work, nothing too complicated. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a configuration on a new system, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. The Kashi Complex has a few other businesses, so there is always someone around to talk to. We just focus on the hardware and making sure the installations we do are solid enough to last for the people here in Masani.
