PSAM INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of a village called Mai, which is on the Sadabad Road in Hathras. My father, Dharmvir, has lived here his whole life, and that's how we started this infra project business. Working in a rural area like Hathras is very different from being in a big city. We deal with a lot of local roads and small construction jobs that matter to the people living here. Our office isn't anything special; it’s just a place where we keep our tools and our records. Most of the time, we are out in the sun on the Sadabad Road or near the village outskirts. We know everyone around here, so word of mouth is usually how we get our work. We aren't looking to become some massive company with hundreds of employees. We just want to do good enough work so that the local people don't have to worry about the path to their house. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours under the sun. The soil here can be tricky to build on, so we’ve learned a few things over the years. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just say we build things and we fix things. It’s a quiet life in Mai, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community here. There is always something that needs doing on the farm or on the road.
