Nagla Sardar Construction Private Limited is pretty much based right here in Nagla Sardarkachoura. It is a quiet place for the most part, which is nice when you are coming back from a loud construction site. We started this because there was always a need for someone to build things properly in this part of the region. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, moving bricks and mixing mortar. It is the kind of work that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but you can see exactly what you have accomplished. We do not really do the whole fancy office thing. Our base is just a regular spot where we keep the machinery and meet up before heading out to whatever project is currently on the schedule. Sometimes we are working on a new house, and other times it is something for a local farm or a small business nearby. The weather plays a big role in what we can get done, so we are always keeping an eye on the clouds. If it rains, the mud makes everything twice as hard, but that is just part of the job in this area. We have lived here a long time, so we know the ground and we know the people. It is a straightforward way to make a living, and we do not try to make it sound like anything more than what it is. Just building things one day at a time.
